Zero Offset® Brakes Kits

We started designing these Zero Offset® brake kits back in the late 90's to move the wheels where they were with stock drum brakes. There is nothing that looks worst that a vintage car with late model looking wheels. Every muscle care needs the reverse rim look not matter what diameter wheels you are have. We have since developed our own design hubs and spindles to solve the problems associated with aftermarket and stock spindles and hubs. We are leaders not followers so, we started with a clean sheet of paper. You no longer have to wait for quality brake related parts. We have filed our patents on only a few inventions. As our patents are filed, the parts will be available to the public. All parts are made and assembled in the USA by American citizens.

ZO1 Mustang Front Brake Kits

ZO1 Kits: This is our original kits that are designed for stock and after market spindles. Rotor sizes are between 0.810" to 1.25" comes gas vented with directional vanes or optional drilled and slotted zinc coated. Caliper brackets are limited to specific Zero Offset®, AP Racing and Wilwood calipers. Kits comes in 11.75" to fit 15" rims and 12.19" for 16" or larger. The smallest cacliper is 9.5" long with a brake pad size of 4.75" long brake pad.

11.75", 12.19" and 13" ZO1 Kits use the bigger Forged Superlite, DynaPro6 and Superlite 6 Piston calipers. We use these calipers in our basic brake kit, because they have a minium brake pad area of 8.2 sI and a volume of 4. ci. This larger pad area allow great friction with the same amount of pressure. Compare this to the Wilwood entry level Dynalite calipers with 6.38 si and 2.1 ci.

14" ZO1 Kits using the bigger W6A calipers have brake pad area of 11 si and a volume of 5.2 ci.

WZO Mustang Front Brake Kits

WZO Kits: Special Zero Offset® kits from Wilwood Engineering that are designed for stock and after market spindles. Rotor sizes are between 0.810" to 1.25" comes with plain or drilled/slotted over the counter rotors from Wilwood. Some 13" and 14" kits move the wheels out slightly from stock track. The thicker rotors do no allow enough room to keep the track width at the stock location see our ZZ1 Kits using special spindles and hubs to maintain Zero Offset®. Bal-Bar™

Bal-Bar™ Patent-pending. The Bal-Bar™ system bolts to the stock pedal and uses two (2) 0.75" master cylinders. Each .75" mc has an output pressure of over 1400 psi with a stock pedal. The brackets are designed to fit four (4) different ways and fit most applications with very little modification to the firewall. The best part is it only takes up as little as 16 square inches or a maximum of 30 square inches with the larger master cylinder. The firewall brackets can be mounted together or separately. The Bal-Bar™ can be adjusted manually or with a remote adjuster, no proportional valve required. Compare this to our competition's 50+ s.i.
