Zero Offset® Brakes Kits
The links in the right column will assist in answer all the question you might have about brakes. Zero Offset®Brake Kits come in 4 desinges:
ZO1 Kits: This is our original kits that are designed for stock and after market spindles. Rotor sizes are between 0.810" to 1.25" comes gas vented with directional vanes or optional drilled and slotted zinc coated. Caliper brackets are limited to specific Zero Offset®, AP Racing and Wilwood calipers.
ZZ1 Kits: Zero Offset® aluminum hubs, black anodized aluminum hats, 1.10", 1.25" and 1.38" thick slotted and balanced rotors, bearings, seals and grade 8 hardware for safety wire. 3" wheels studs available upon request at no additional charges. Kits require our Zero Offset® spindles and caliper brackets made for the 3.5", 5.25" and radial mount. Designed for all Wilwoods and specific AP Racing, Coleman and Outlaw calipers. We will custom build brackets to fit your existing calipers upon request. (See Caliper Brackets) We can also custom build spindles to fit almost any car.
ZR1 Kits: Medium to Heavy Duty Race Kits with same components as our ZZ1 kit except with heat treated floating rotors. Not intended for Extreme Duty ( i.e. short track asphalt), but will fit the needs for most racing applications.
WZO Kits: Special Zero Offset® kits from Wilwood Engineering that are designed for stock and after market spindles. Rotor sizes are between 0.810" to 1.25" comes with plain or drilled/slotted over the counter rotors from Wilwood. Some 13" and 14" kits move the wheels out slightly from stock track. The thicker rotors do not allow enough room to keep the track width at the stock location see our ZZ1 Kits using special spindles and hubs to maintain Zero Offset®. OEM Brake Kits: We have complete line of OEM type brake kits using single piston calipers. These are in expensive kits to convert drum brakes to disc. Please read the Brake Article© before your purchase, these kits will not work on cars with little or no vacuum.
Brake Parts: Boosters, master cylinders and SS brake lines just to name a few.
Gorila Performance: This is the optium master cylinder set-up. Has an output pressure of 1400psi/master cylinder. Universal kit allows this application to be used with your stock brake pedal. Examples show the Corvette and Camaro application, but will fit all cars.
