Zero Offset® Brakes Kits

We started designing these Zero Offset® brake kits back in the late 90's to move the wheels where they were with stock drum brakes. There is nothing that looks worst that a vintage car with late model looking wheels. Every muscle care needs the reverse rim look not matter what diameter wheels you are have. We have since developed our own design hubs and spindles to solve the problems associated with aftermarket and stock spindles and hubs. We are leaders not followers so, we started with a clean sheet of paper. You no longer have to wait for quality brake related parts. We have filed our patents on only a few inventions. As our patents are filed, the parts will be available to the public. All parts are made and assembled in the USA by American citizens.

Zero Offset® ZO1 Brakes Kits

ZO1 Kits: This is our original kits that are designed for stock and after market spindles. Rotor sizes are between 0.810" to 1.25" comes gas vented with directional vanes or optional drilled and slotted zinc coated. Caliper brackets are limited to specific Zero Offset®, AP Racing and Wilwood calipers. Kits comes in 13" or 14" to fit 17" or larger rims. Compare the Superlite 6 Piston caliper to the smaller Dynalite.

13" and 14" Custom Kits using stock and some drop spindles. All kits use or the Superlite 6 or can be ordered with the Forged Superlite Caliper with the same pad size of 4.75" long.

Use the hyper link to download the instructions. Some kits do not replace the stock hub assembly, instructions is generic. Detail instructions with part numbers will be sent with brake kit. Kits include stainless DOT approved brake lines and free shipping to lower 48 states. 2 boxes with total weight of 65-75 pounds for international, Alaska and Hawaii. Black E-Coated or Zinc Drilled/slotted rotors and red calipers available at additional cost.

Superlite 6 Piston 13" and 14" Brake Kits

Superlite 6 Piston SL6 Calipers
Superlite 6 calipers are pure performance featuring a fully CNC machined billet body with closed end bridges and a reinforced bridge to body transition. Center bridge body bolts provide additional strength and positive retention of the pads. These elements combine as an ultra-rigid body that resists separation and deflection under high load. Driver comfort and confidence soar with immediate response from a very firm pedal. The SL6 generates high clamping force and balanced pad loading from a race-proven differential bore six-piston configuration. Staggered piston sizes distribute pressure to compensate for the natural variances in temperature, load, and wear rate that occur over the length of the pad. Pad life is extended and performance is measurably improved. Stainless steel pistons are used in all custom show and sport performance applications for their low heat transfer properties and high resistance to corrosion. High temperature, square faced piston seals provide long service life in extreme environments with positive piston retraction on release. Stainless steel SRS bridge wear plates eliminate pad gouging and extend the service life of the caliper. The spring-loaded action of the SRS plates also eliminates pad rattle and dampens the vibration harmonics that contribute to pad squeal. Fluid tubes are dampened to eliminate vibration stress and recess mounted for protection from track debris. SL6 calipers bear Wilwood's signature and a high luster black anodized finish in a style that will catch the eye and win the favor of the most discriminating enthusiast.
